R.E.A.L. COVENANT

 We will love one another, pray for one another, and seek to help one another grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.  (John 13:34; Colossians 4:2; 2 Peter 3:18)

• We will make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.  (Ephesians 4:3)  We will put away from us all bitterness, wrath, anger, and evil speaking; and we will be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God, for Christ's sake, has forgiven us.  (Ephesians 4:31-32)

• We will not forsake the assembling of ourselves together for worship and service (Hebrews 10:25), but will honor the Word of God.  We will submit to those who have spiritual authority over us (Hebrews 13:17).  We will be good stewards of all that God has given us, and will give as God has prospered us, not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.         (2 Corinthians 9:7)

• We will seek to discover, develop and use our spiritual gifts, to minister to the Body of Christ, the church, and to the community  (1 Peter 4:10).  We will earnestly endeavor to grow as the Family of God, in fellowship, edification, sharing, and prayer (Acts 2:42).

• We will seek to win others to Christ by sharing the Gospel in word and deed (2 Cor. 6:17-20a).  As we have the opportunity, we will do good to all men, especially those who are of the household of faith (Galatians 6:10).  We will strive to carry out His commission to spread the Gospel throughout the whole world  (Matthew 28:19-20a).
