Living Way Church's numerous ministries are made possible through the dedicated service of paid and volunteer staff, along with many other volunteers, who endeavor to follow the example of the Lord Jesus Christ, who said of Himself, . . .the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve. . .
(Matthew 20:28a)

Rev. Victor C. Prietto,

SENIOR PASTOR

PV

Before becoming a pastor, Victor C. Prietto was a sought-after street evangelist. His mission work took him to Hungary and Romania, where he led thousands to Christ and witnessed many miraculous moves of the Holy Spirit.

In 1997, Victor and his wife, Gail, founded Living Way Foursquare Church of New Buffalo, Michigan. Through Pastor Vic's fruitful ministry of leadership development and discipleship, a church plant that begun with just 10 individuals is now a dynamic local body of approximately 170 members. In a city of only 2,800 residents, the Foursquare Church in New Buffalo is recognized for impacting the community for Christ.

Pastor Vic serves the broader community and county in various ways. In January of 2007, Pastor Vic led his congregation, as well as local school officials, to participate in a city-wide effort to provide a much-needed youth center in the city of New Buffalo. In March of that same year, the New Buffalo Community Youth Center opened its doors. Today the NBCYC is a designated school bus stop and is reaching approximately 60 to 70 kids per week through the After School Program. Pastor Vic is a deputized chaplain for the Berrien County Sheriff's Department and has served faithfully since December of 2001.

Pastor Vic's Foursquare credentials include receiving his District License in 1996, International License in 2002 and Ordination in 2004. In addition to pastoring the local church, Pastor Vic has served as a Divisional Superintendent overseeing the Foursquare churches in Southwest Michigan since October 2000. He is also a trained and equipped coach, helping to develop, encourage and mentor church planters.

Pastors Vic and Gail Prietto reside in Three Oaks, Michigan, with their two daughters, Rachel and Brittany.

Rev. Gail L. Prietto

CO-PASTOR

PG

Upon rededicating her life to the Lord in 1992, Gail immediately answered what she sensed was the call of God, through His Word in Isaiah, chapter 6.  " Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?  Then I said, Here I am; send me."

Soon after, she met the love of her life, her husband Vic.  They were married in 1993.  The Lord impressed upon their hearts that they would be serving in ministry together.  In 1996 they planted what is now the Living Way Foursquare Church in New Buffalo.

Beginning in 1997, Pastor Gail inaugurated various ministries in the church, including the Children?s Christian Education Ministry.  This and the other ministries which she established have matured and continue to flourish under the direction of the present leadership.

In 2006, Pastor Gail determined to acquire her ministerial license with the Foursquare denomination.  This progress has proven to be both a blessing and a great incentive.  Presently, her ambition is to make the most of every opportunity to operate in her unique gifting: to faithfully impart the Lord's wisdom, and to speak forth His life-changing Word, which, empowered by His Spirit, He has promised will not return void, but holds infinite Potential and Power to fulfill the needs of this generation.

Pastors Vic and Gail Prietto reside in Three Oaks, Michigan, with their daughters Rachel and Brittany.

Jim Thompson & Pam Thompson

DIRECTOR OF MISSIONS

Jim was introduced to missions early in 2000. After church one Sunday he noticed a brochure for a mission trip to Mombasa, Kenya. Up to that point in his life, he had no desire to ever leave the country and travel abroad, but there was something tugging on his heart that day and he decided to contact the people in charge of that mission trip. Soon after he was attending meetings over 2 hours away to prepare for a life changing experience in Africa. Their team left in July of 2000 to go help build a church. Eighteen days later he was a changed man-- forever. Now Jim has the desire to travel all over the world, where ever God leads him in missions.

To date Jim has been to Africa twice, to China and has done some domestic mission trips. He plans to go to Europe in 2010. He and his wife, Pam, have a teenage daughter named Jourdan.
