Youth Ministry
Kids Church is offered at the 10:00 a.m. Sunday service for children five to eight years old. They are dismissed from the sanctuary, after worship, to go to their classroom. The Bible comes alive in Kids Church and real life applications are reinforced through lively interaction and fun crafts.
We use the "Young Explorers" curriculum from Gospel Publishing House. The theme for the quarter beginning in March 2010 is "Playing on God's Team: Lessons from Jesus' Disciples" and includes a puppet ministry.
At the heart of all of our instruction is the biblical truth "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." (Proverbs 22:6)
